BBQ Chicken Sliders

These BBQ Chicken Sliders are soft, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. Tender shredded chicken tossed in rich BBQ sauce is layered onto soft buns for the perfect bite-sized comfort food.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter optional, for toasting
  • 1 cup coleslaw optional
  • 6 slices cheese optional, halved
  • Pickles optional

Method
 

  1. In a pan over medium heat, combine shredded chicken and BBQ sauce.
  2. Stir well and cook for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Slice slider buns in half and lightly toast with butter if desired.
  4. Place a portion of BBQ chicken onto each bottom bun.
  5. Add cheese, coleslaw, or pickles if using.
  6. Cover with the top buns.
  7. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • Store leftover BBQ chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave before assembling sliders.
  • Try different BBQ sauces for variety—sweet, spicy, or smoky flavors all work well.
