Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- Lightly toss asparagus with olive oil and arrange in a single layer.
- Wrap one slice of bacon around each asparagus spear.
- Place wrapped asparagus seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip each spear.
- Bake another 10–15 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Remove from oven and season lightly if desired before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven or air fryer to keep the bacon crisp.
- Try adding grated parmesan or a drizzle of balsamic glaze for variation.
