Avocado Deviled Eggs with a Hint of Lime

These Avocado Deviled Eggs with a Hint of Lime are a fresh twist on the classic deviled egg. The creamy, rich avocado filling adds a silky texture and a subtle, earthy flavor, while the lime juice provides a zesty and refreshing finish.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest optional
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  • Mash the yolks with avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and mustard.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
  • Garnish with cilantro or parsley and an extra squeeze of lime juice.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
