Method
- Wash and dry Brussels sprouts well.
- Trim off stems and peel outer leaves. Save the loose leaves for chips.
- Toss leaves in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread leaves in a single layer in basket.
- Cook 5–7 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove, season more if desired, and serve hot.
