Air Fryer Brussels Sprout Chips

Crispy, light, and addictive—these Air Fryer Brussels Sprout Chips are the ultimate guilt-free snack. With just a handful of ingredients and under 10 minutes of cook time, you’ll have a crunchy, flavorful chip that rivals potato chips. Perfect as a healthy snack, a side dish, or even a garnish for soups and salads.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt plus more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder smoked paprika, or grated parmesan

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry Brussels sprouts well.
  2. Trim off stems and peel outer leaves. Save the loose leaves for chips.
  3. Toss leaves in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Spread leaves in a single layer in basket.
  6. Cook 5–7 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove, season more if desired, and serve hot.
