Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add the steak cubes in a single layer without overcrowding the pan. Cook in batches if needed.
Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return all the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the garlic butter.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and add a squeeze of lemon juice if using.
Serve immediately with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted vegetables, or crusty bread.
